Son Makes Dad A Necktie In The First Grade, 11 Years Later Dad Wears It To His High School Graduation
Dylan Olivo’s dad just did something that made the Internet cry… In a good way.
When Dylan was in the first grade, he made a Pokémon tie for his dad, Robert. He gave it to him as a gift for Father’s Day, and now, eleven years later, Robert had the perfect occasion to wear it. You guessed it – his son’s high school graduation. “He wore the tie to show he had it and to reflect that I am officially a high school graduate and not the child I was when I made the tie,” Dylan told Buzzfeed. Dylan posted about this sweet gesture on Twitter, and it went viral since with tons of people in tears. Tears of happiness.

Share on FacebookThis tie is destined to be a family heirloom. And it all began as such a simple gift of love, from son to father. Priceless!
Can we please just admire the skills. For a moment I thought the tie was paper and was drawn on to. BUT NO. THERE IS TIME AND EFFOR AND TALENT AND A PIKACHU
Love the post, but seriously, 'made the Internet cry'? It's so annoying when bp talks of 'the internet' as if is was one being! (rant over!)
Yeah, the writer is trying to make things a little more emotional than it needs be. The fact that it was an act of pure love is more than enough to make people smile with happiness. I know it helped this Old Fart make a Huge Smile. :D
